Drive conversions using an end-of-year social media campaign that demonstrates how Adobe Acrobat Pro helps keep you organized.
Objective
With a high volume of content to develop and execute on a short deadline, frustrations stemming from miscommunication mounted between the client and design team.
An intervention was made between the client and design lead to refocus the collaboration. Additional designers were assigned to support the project in order to create greater efficiency and meet client expectations.
Mediating between the client and design lead allowed them both to be heard and feel prioritized.
Working closely to educate the client about the specifications and requirements of different social media platforms enabled them to communicate more knowledgeably on future campaigns, improving efficiency and communication channels.
Deliverables were executed accurately and on time, pleasing the client and earning their trust, leading to significantly increased awarding of projects.
